There are many ways in which one can practice meditation, so there is definetly one that will fit your needs. I would not say that I am a religious person; rather, I like to consider myself as more spiritual. Meditation helps in times of serious stress (like exam week!) and can aid you in getting your mind straight and thoughts together.
