Do you know the where yoga originated from? If you guessed India- then you are correct! In Sanskrit it means "Union"
When you become a Yoga Master- it is said that you have successfully united your mind, body, and spirit
Essentially: You are One
Yoga may seem hard at first, and yea- it is. One might think that stretching and breathing should come naturally-but not as natually as you may think. The best thing about Yoga (much like anything else) is; the more you practice the better you get!

So say your not really into the union of you mind, body, and spirit- I'll bet you'll never guess what else Yoga is good for-
SEX!
It shouldn't be to much of a surprise to think that the more flexible you are, the more interesting the positions become
Historically, the Karma Sutra (Hindu Sex Guide) describes multiple positions that enhance pleasures for both partners and it states in this very religious, sacred, and ancient text that practicing Yoga will aid in the comfort of some of the more contorted positions- You can even practice with a partner!
So get up to get down- stretch and breath- unite yourself and have great sex! What more could you ask for?
