I'm an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY. I spent several years as a software engineer at Cadence Design Systems in Chelmsford, Massachusettes working on hardware simulation technology for Electronic Design Automation (EDA). My current research is related to SystemC, a C++ library used for system simulation at higher levels of abstraction.

I've also been dabbling with some bioinformatics related problems with Lorraine Olendzenski using our Linux Cluster.

And every now and then I get to drive a fire truck.
