 Adjust base screws to level platform using a circular bubble level |
 Secure flag to rotating shaft with two small screws |

 Thread screws into holes for storage. Do Not leave flags attached! |
 Place assorted small masses in holders; 500-g mass can sit on the bench |
 Put bathroom scales on small movable table |
