AC Current Demo | ||
Description: | Demonstrate the changing direction of AC current. |
|
Notes: | There are lots of variations to this experiment. You can connect a coil to the galvanometer and move it around between the poles of the large horseshoe magnet. Or put the magnet on a rotation platform, and spin while the coil is suspended above the poles, and note the change in direction of current on the galvanometer. | |
Location: | LDL-E6. Large galvanometer |
