Measuring the Radioactivity of a Smoke Detector
with Pasco Geiger-Müller Tube

The setup; Pasco Geiger-Müller tube, Science Workshop 500 Interface,
USB-to-serial cable, smoke detector, rods & clamps

A short (20 cm) rod threads into the G/M tube;
attach to long rod with right-angle clamp

The G/M tube plugs into Channel 1 of the Science Workshop Interface.
The USB-serial cable plugs in the back of the interface

Sort metal pieces into piles, place on
front bench
