Training November 5th to November 11th

This is rest week. For those that are feeling good you may want to do an hour or two more on your own. The total hours hear are probably a bit less than the yearly plan you have been following. However it seems as though we need a really easy rest week if we are going to be able to go hard again in the coming few weeks as we approach the race season. No morning practice Tuesday and Thursday.

Endurance: 7.5-9 hours
Intensity: .25-.5hr hour

Monday

Off or easy run/ski 1hr and stretch on your own.

Tuesday

AM- Off
PM- 4:30pm, Circuits in Leithead Fieldhouse with Alpine team
- going on a short run before hand if you can is probably a good idea.

Wednesday

AM- OFF
PM- 3:15pm, Easy Distance skate from Campus, 1.5hr

Thursday

AM- Off
PM- 4:30pm, Easy Distance Run 1hr, followed by General Strength in fitness center at 5:30.

Friday

AM- OFF
PM- 3pm, Classic rollerski intervals, lev 4, 5-7 x 2-3min, 1.5-1.75hr.

Saturday

Optional on your own easy distance 1-1.5hr

PM- Off

Sunday

AM- 9am Overdistance skate rollerski 2-2.5hr.
