Training October 1st to October 7th
While we are still doing testing, St. Regis, the focus this week
is more toward level 3 threshold work, see Wednesday, the mountain
run will put you in level 3 for a good portion of the time as well.
We have two vans all week so we are putting them to use and getting
off campus. This means a bigger time commitment for practice and
please come as quick as you can because daylight is growing shorter
by the day. So far everyone has been good about letting me know if
they cannot make training for some reason please continue to do so.
