Training 22nd to October 28th

This is a medium volume with medium intensity week. We have a rollerski skate time trial on Saturday which should be fun although hard. Great work this past week, for some I think that was likely the most difficult training week you have ever had.

Off or easy run/ski 1hr and stretch on your own.

Tuesday

AM- 6:30am, General Strength
PM- 4:30pm, Easy distance skate skin from campus. 30 minutes no pole. 1.25-1.5hr.

Wednesday

AM- OFF
PM- 4:30pm, Run and spenst from campus, 1.25-1.5hr

Thursday

AM- 6:30, General strength
PM- 4:30pm, Double pole intervals lev. 4, 7-10 x 2min., 1.25-1.5 hr

Location: SoCo

Friday

AM- OFF
PM- 3pm, Easy distance ski classic at River Road for course inspection, 1-1.5hr

Location: River Road ub SoCo

Saturday

AM- 9:00, Skate rollerski time trial 7.5km women, 10km for men


PM- Off

Sunday

AM- 9:00, Overdistance run, 2-2.25hr
