Training October 29th to November 4th

Similar to last week with just a little bit more intensity in level 3 and slightly more volume. Next week will be a rest week, no morning practice, lower volume, probably only one interval workout.

Endurance: 9-10.5 hours
Intensity: .75-1hr hour

Monday

Off or easy run/ski 1hr and stretch on your own.
*to get the full 10.5 hours of Endurance you would need to do this.

Tuesday

AM- 6:30am, General Strength
PM- 4:30pm, Skate intervals level 3, 25-30min up time, Higley, 1.5-1.75hr

Location: Higley

Wednesday

AM- OFF
PM- 4:30pm, Easy Distance run (or ski), from Campus, 1.25-1.5hr

Thursday

AM- 6:30, General strength
PM- 4:30pm, Skate ski with 30min no pole, 1.25-1.5

Friday

AM- OFF
PM- 3pm, Classic rollerski intervals, lev 3-4, 5-7 x 4min, 1.5-1.75hr.

Location: Browns Bridge

Saturday

8:30am Trail Work at Higley, this kind of gets in the way of training but it needs to done.
Hopefully time for a short 1-1.25hr run afterwards on the trails.

AM- 8:30am Overdistance classic rollerski 2.5-3hr. River Road SoCo. *Daylight savings time ends, set clocks back 1hour or you will be early. Every year this happens to someone, don’t let it be you or we will all point and laugh. Location: River Road, SoCo
