Itinerary Canada Camp Dec. 2 - Dec. 9
We will be leaving on Dec. 2nd and will try arrive at Mont Saint Anne with time to ski in the afternoon. Our accomodations look pretty nice and although it will be a little more cramped than I initially estimated, we should be pretty comfortable. I have linked to a virutal tour below. As we have done with other camps, we will be cooking our own meals in an attempt to keep costs as low as possible. If you want to get your own food
The first half of this camp will be a volume block, with a focus on sustained intensity and skill development. The first half of the camp will conclude with a classic time trial, 6km for men, and 12km for women.
In the second half of the camp the volume will be lower and we will focus on shorter race preparation intervals.
From Mont Sainte Anne we will travel directly to Rumford for the first carnival. In total we will be on the road for 11 or 12 days. So plan accordingly!
